Crazy Craigslist Sellers

What’s the craziest price for fish related items you guys have seen on Craigslist (or Facebook or other similar sites) I’m making this cause I just found a guy trying to sell a 10 gallon tank for...50 dollars. I about fell over I can buy a brand new one for 13 at petco lol. What have you guys seen?

I hate that they jack up the price of fish that are actually pictured. It’s so annoying.

Pet peeve: "Selling used Aqueon 55g tank for $150. Costs $390 new on fishtanksdirect.com!" Um, that includes shipping homie (and they cost $65 at Petco).

Once saw someone selling a 29-30g bowfront and stand (just the tank and stand) for $20 more than the same set cost brand new from Petsmart or Petco. The tank was also "leaking and needs to be resealed but it's an easy job".

Other pet peeve: when people on facebook groups make vague posts like, "Tank, fish and extras available for sale. Message me for details!"

You'd really rather answer a bunch of messages with the same info than just put it in the post to begin with??

I hate that so much. When I post stuff I picture everything except on extremely rare occasions where it’s in a hard to reach place like in the back of my basement or in the shed.
