What's an African Oscar? It must be rare!

By now I am shure they are more like ''SICK LIDS''.

Ha!! That' what I was thinking too. If anything is still living in there it's gotta be tough to kill. I lowballed him ont he tank expecting to be turned down and he accepted my offer, I pick it up Sunday evening! I will update later how bad this tank really was, at least it will be empty of all the green water by the time I get there.

this makes me so sad..........

I have a 7 year old Pacu that needs a home as I am leaving town for work. He has been a great fish and desires a tank at least 40 Gallon. Great pet. He eats dog food as his daily diet and thrives because of it, but will eat other fish! I will provide a bucket with 5 gallons of his current tank water. I can met you with in Whatcom County.

He has 3 friends that you can have as well that need a home if you are looking to fill a new tank.

I'm sorry you feel so strongly about it! I admit, this was my first fully enclosed fish tank stand. It was designed with a childrens room in mind. What kind of things do you feel would improve on it? It is fully set up to contain lighting and filters, and any other tank hardware. I used marine grade wood under the cedar quarter logs, and a non toxic lacquer. Most of our items are custom order, but I love new projects! So any input on the functionality would be excellent! Except the price :( It was over $150 in materials, and just the actual building was over 10 hours.

We have done a few simple stands, with no top or sides, and shelving or drawers underneath.

Thanks for any input! :)

Yet, such is the beauty of freedom of opinion.

I agree with the other responder to you about you being flagged on craigslist as it is against their terms of service for you to use them.

The reality is that CL is not there for a business to sell their brand new items for brand new pricing.

Note to Craigslist Sellers, STOP trying to sell your used dingy second hand aquariums for regular retail prices, not going to happen. The value of your fish tank went down the moment you bought it from the store and even less if you bought it off Craigslist and no including a hoody or fish flakes does not mean you can charge double. Be realistic, nobody is going to buy it for the price you are asking. If you are trying to offload your giantica fish that you can no longer keep and should not have bought in the first place don't even think about charging double, triple or quadruple just because it's big. I'm not paying for your mistake, just give it away and be done with it. One other thing, a five dollar 3 inch fish is still worth five dollars when it's 24 inches. I will usually click the CL spam button when I see someone over-charging it's just plain wrong and shameful.
