1. 20 gallons for an oscar? SAD!
2. "Heater for the water" as opposed to your house?

Three things:

The only thing I don't get it why there is an issue with having a tank heater? I have tank heaters... my house is kept at 70 degrees, so I would need heaters for most fish.

wow. I picked up 3 8in red bellies from a guy on cl once. When I got there the 29g bowfront they were in was so dark green you couldnt see your hand in it unless it was against the glass. I told the guy I don't care what fish are in there just get em out and I'll take em.

The green tank's fish are lucky to have green like that. It's a great substitute for live plants. Especially considering that the average joe isn't doing water changes the way they should be done.

I have a 90 gallon fish tank with a wet dry filter and a fluval 404 for filtration. The fish that are in it is as follows 2 large montore stingrays a xlarge clown knife a large gold servem a large bloody parrot a large flowerhorn a manaquence and a couple other african ciclids. Complete set up tank oak stand lights and ordaments. This complete set up would run well over $2500 asking a $1000 its a beautiful set plz contact marty at 518-788-6883 pictures do not do it justice.
