My crazy idea will hopefully earn me lots of $$$ from those little children who want the complete pack full of filter, hood, light etc, etc.
Heres the plan, You buy tonnes of sheets of acrylic and make a wooden block. The wooden block will have rounded corners except for the back ones. What you do is you cut the acrylic to the desired length then place in front of the block.
Heat the the parts of the acrylic where the wooden blocks rounded corners are and bend to fit the block.

remove the block and cut another sheet of acrylic the same width of the one you have already made, silicon the bit to to the other bit then add some corner thingies for a good look.

silicon a piece of acrylic to the bottom, or you could use plywood, Your choice. Make a snazy bass for the tank and wallah, You have a tank. Then you make the hood, add in a light, Make a simple UGF (under gravel filter), and you got yourself a nice little tank you can sell for a some cash.
The trick is to buy in bulk, Then the cost of the tank would cost about $50 and you sell it for $100, A nice profit. I recommend only making 1 foot tanks, Like 1'x1'x1', Easy money and it only takes about 2 hours per tank!
