Great prices man. Good luck on here.

Your sales and standing would also be better covered if you provided a link and info on your DOA policy. Just looking out for both you and your buyers!

Good Luck - Free Bump!

I was going to save it for a pinned topic in my sub-forum but I'll hit the main points here.

DOA policy is pretty simple. I guarantee live arrival on all fish shipped overnight. Of course, you have to be there when the first delivery attempt is made. I'm not responsible for errant handling by the carrier (lost or damaged boxes, etc) but will help file a claim in the event that happens.

If the box arrives in good condition and the fish is DOA, I require pictures while still in the original bags. I also need you to notify me within 2 hours of receiving the package. Freeze the fish since I reserve the right to ask for the DOA to be shipped back to me.

If the fish is DOA, I will replace the fish but you will be responsible for the cost of the shipment.

I think that covers most of it. If there are any questions or "grey areas", don't hesitate to contact me.

Thanks
Randy
