The first critter is a bristle worm....and no, they are NOT bad....they are a very beficial part of the cleanup crew in a reef aquarium. The only time they become undesirable are when they get UBER large...like 4 or more inches long...

The second item is just a sponge...a filter feeder, nothing to worry about...

if you WANT to get rid of them...

a n ylon stocking with some food in it plaved in the tank over night makes a good trap

EDIT: ignore all this, allready stated above, missed biggouramis post.

I haven't bothered with traps because I don't have that many but knowing they prefer darkness, I will turn on the light after the tanks been dark for quite a bit and then net out the larger ones.
As far as traps, a cheap one I have heard of is just using panty hose and throwing food such as shrimp in there. Worm goes to go eat and its bristles get stuck on it, then you remove it. Those bristles hurt like a...well you get the point, from what I've read, so be careful.

They are kind of creepy little critters, but they aren't as bad as people are making them out to be. It does kind of eat detritus in the sand bed so it is slightly beneficial. They really do not bother corals whether large or small, but they will quickly grow and too large they become more bulldozers in the tank than anything else.

i just turned the light on the tank and picked one out. about 3 inches long. the third one. ill just do this every night until i stop finding them.

My coral banded shrimp used to eat them. You could try that too as they are a cool pet to have.

that works... do skunk cleaner shrimp eat them?

Couldn't tell you whether any other shrimp do, never owned any. I had heaps of bristle worms and almost every second night my pair of CB shrimp would have one hanging out of their mouths. They did this for a few weeks and i have not seen and bristle worms for about a year and a half.

how big of a tank do arrow crabs need? these things are in my 20L and thats why i want them gone cuz if they get to any size theyll be wrecking things from cramped space
