White ringed dorsals are usually a regani variant (regani, xingu dwarf).
White and red together or just red are a noto variant (noto, orinoco dwarf, citrus dwarf).
The Colombian wallacii show an orange rimmed ocelli. I have never seen one from the Rio Branco, so I am not sure which color they would be. I can try and track down Ploeg's revision of the dwarf pikes and see if it's listed there. The oringal description, which I have, isn't helpfull since it's based on the Guyana race of wallacii, which never show ocellii on the females.
