I'll take some time tomorrow to try for clearer pics. They have the frog mouth characteristic but it isn't extreme which confuses me among other things. Strigat are listed on one site as not having humeral spots and then they show a pic of one with a humeral spot. These have the humeral spot but it isn't well defined. Nostrils appear to be well up the lip on all of them also. Pretty sure they are close to max size under 6 inches as I have had them for over a year and they haven't grown much except filled out. They eat well.. Difficult fish for a malawi guy to figure out but they are a wonderful species to keep. Slowly converting..... Appreciate the input. Thank you.
