what kinda gecko is that biggest one?
its huge!
its a Rhacodactylus Leachianus i believe.

Hey Seth, I heard that baby food isn't that good for them because it is loaded with sugar. Is there one brand that is better then others? I know that isn't the only thing you feed yours but I know at one time before they had CGD that baby food was a standard. At work I feed my crested geckos CGD and crickets on occasion. If there is one baby food that you recommend maybe I'll pick it up next time I'm shopping for fresh food for the animals at work.

I always mix in Crested Gecko Diet with the baby food I feed. Mines not crazy about eating regular crested diet so that's why I mix the two. I don't recall what brand of baby food I get. I'm out of it right now but when I pick up some more I'll let you know. Whatever brand it is, it's the only one I can find at my grocery store that comes in papaya and mango.

My Cresties never liked the CGD either which is why I used to make my own fruit mix up. I found that if a crestie is given baby food then it is very hard to get them onto anything else ....it can be done but it can take months to do so.
If baby food is given then I would definately go for the organic types as they have no added sugar or additives

Because I'm sure the government could make some type of nasty pudding that had all the thing humans needed to survive in it. But would you want to eat that everyday? I know I wouldn't. Variety is the spice of life.
i understand what ur saying
but i honestly dont think they care too much
theyre not as smart as us
and my crested used to go crazy for it
