crested?

i was on a gecko forum and saw a beatuful gecko with the common name of crested.Can someone tell me the requirements of one of these.I wanna kno more about a animal before i consider getting one.I really llike the red colored one.but how much would a regular cost.

I used to have a large male. He was about 5" from tip of the nose to the base of his tail and of course had no tail. Their tails fall off really easily and do not grow back. They don't need very high temps at all but need high humidity. Mine was VERY friendly. I loved him so much. He was like a frog. You could hold him for hours and he would just jump around you and climb up your shirt and stuff. If you get the chance to own one I deffinatly would!
