Would it be safe/healthy to feed crickets to my corn snake? I was just wondering. IDK if I will actually do it but I think it would be fun watching him hunt them down. Also variety is always good right?

Not neccesarily, no...

Anyway, I would think the corn wouldnt eat it.... Only colubrid that regularly eats insects (in the US anyway) are greens. And it would have to be a lil' corn too.

I have never heard of a corn eating crickets.

He is a small guy. Only maybe 14".

Thats simply too big, even if he DID want to... Now if you had a 6 inch baby that wouldnt eat anything else than it might have been worth a shot. Ive heard of baby sand boas that ate crickets as their first few meals.

Ok. I was just wondering...thought it might be cool to watch it hunt something live lol.

Been there done that...don't like piranhas. It's not like I really want to watch something kill I just thought it would be neat. I kill enough on my own I don't have the itch to watch my animals do it.
