They are great. You can buy like maybe 20-25 for a dollar. I gut load them and then freeze them for easy keeping/feeding.

crickets for aro are very addictiveeeeeee!!! theyll keep eating cricks like theres no tomorrow.
if i can feed my aro solely cricks i would, but thats too much $. if u can breed cricks... i suggest u shud.

Thats actually what i use for its main food. Either the cichlid gold or food sticks.

My aro loves crickets! Just buy them, you wouldn't want to risk it.
