Im allmost embarrased to compare my fish keeping to anything you guys got going on. Heres a few of mine.

1st is the siamese fighting fish my girlfriend brought home friday night.

Pics of my gsp's tank. Yes im aware they need 30 gallons. im working on it. Theres also a pair of mosquito fish in there. Brackish tank.

That's a good point... what's the definition of crispy. I personally have a really high standard for this. If I look through my tank toward a sunny window that's on a nearby wall, I can see tiny particulates in the water, and I would conclude that it's not quite crispy, but if I look the other way through the tank toward an adjacent book case it looks perfectly clear... almost like looking through air.

I don't think that a photo of a tank posted on a web site can really be used to tell the difference between crispy and almost crispy... they all look pretty crispy.
Very good point. After a good diatom with super char cycle (3 hours) There are absolutely none of the particles visible at ALL. That is when I get mad about the AC110's little bubbles lol. Its a losing battle for us folks with OCD about water quality. People come over though and are in absolute AWE at the crispiness so I gotta be doing something right. :grinno:
