Load=lots of fish, or bb needed to support the bio "load"

ok well hes wrong, because there is a ''load'' in both tanks. the top one has 2 gulper catfish and the bottom one has 10 cardinals, 6 guppies, 1 L204 flash pleco and various shrimp.
