Blatta lateralis is a fast moving cricket size roach that breeds VERY fast. They lay egg cases so you can keep them separate if you wish. They do have a slight odor (kinda smells like cheese) to them but is nowhere as bad as crickets.
Blaptica dubia is a pretty large roach that breeds much slower but once your colony is established you won't have any problems I started with 52 mixed size and a year later I sold back 1025 sub-adult to adult and easily had a couple thousand more nymphs. Pretty much odorless, at 2000+ roaches in my tub they put out less smell than what two dozen crickets does.
