yep, they will do that. claudia now prefers her cold pond. its 70 maybe 72. i gave her options. odd that she always uses the cold one. about once every 4 or 5 days she will use back pond(78). oh well she knows how to thermal regulate. im seconds away from removing her basking spot(which is why there still isnt a vid up). she has NEVER used it. waste of power IMHO.

and to think i spent 3 days trying to get Pustulio's pond at an even 79 degrees lol
