you can't even imagine how jealous i am of that weeksii! nice to see a fellow addict :D

I have a couple Q's for you.....How do you get the picture like this, meaning the sand looks like it is edited right where it meets the background,i mean the background is so crisp-black it looks like a black tv screen! That can't be a normal vinyl or plastic background.Second, what kind of camera do you have, the resolution looks like the stuff seen in National Geographic.Good show!

i want another bichir

Wait a second....

Bichirs move?!
lol they don't move quite as much now that they settled in. i find that they tend to move around more when they were first added to the tank.

thanks a lot everyone!!!

the pics are straight from the camera. i don't own any photo editing software (other than the free/trial version with limited capabilities that comes with whatever), and i never really learn how to use them. so no editing.

thanks for the compliments on the pics :) camera is canon 400D. the back panel of the tank is black acrylic, so thats probably why. also the tank is newly set up so theres no algae buildup yet. and i probably don't have sufficient lighting near the back, making it look dark (don't have external flash, so the tank lights is all there is)
