Those tetras seem like the misquitos of the water so that rules them out. If the yucatan mollys get that big then I will go with some Green Swordtails as dithers.Astyanax tetras are very common in Cenral America, they get quite large (4"+), are very quick, and can be aggressive, and will eat any fry in the tank, and can shred cichlid fins.
A video below from Cenote Aktun Ha with Astyanax, that were constantly biting my neck and ear lobes.

If it were me, I'd go the route Gouramai Swami suggested with the nanos, and maybe swordtails.
Yucatan mollies can also get quite large, in Cenote Cristalino, I saw 7" males.
If HRPs a harem might be best in that size tank, I kept a small pair with some green swords, in a 45 gal, but when they spawned no other fish remained alive.

I'm down to 4 options for my cichlids.
1. Trio or pair of Panamensis
2. Group of HRP (1m 3fm)
3. Pair of Thorichthys Aureus
4. Group of Thorichthys Socolofi if I can find them the only person which I can think of which has them is Rusty Wessel
Edit: Choice 5. A harem or 2 pairs prob a harem of rainbow cichlids
