it should be fine.
but i have no experience with rainbow sharks or crayfish.

As long as the rainbow is the same size as the hujeta. If its less than half the size of the hujeta's it will become food. Crays are cool except that they will try to climb out of the tank. They will use any air line/power cord/etc they can as a ladder for escape---------------------------------And most importantly make sure your tank is cycled and ready for this stock.
