So I've now been told my Cuban could be a female, I my self think it's male but now am Doubting my self and need to know as would like to try get him or her a mate. What do you all think?

My guess would be male. Cubans are pretty tough to sex, not too much dimorphism. Females sometimes have a dark blotch in their dorsal which yours does not, also looks like yours has pretty long fins. These are my reasons for guessing male but I cant be sure. If you can get clear vent pics that may be easier.
When as young as your pic its nearly impossible to tell. The higher forehead profile suggests male to me

Body profile and the amount of white screams male to me! Nice looking fish!
