I found something a long those lines that the waters were warmer so it'd be best to have 84 consistently especially during their younger years.

What part of Cuba are they from? I know it's a tropical climate but I can't believe the water temp there stays that high that often.

I checked a couple of sites like this one: http://www.cubanaturaleza.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=22&Itemid=23 they all say rivers and streams in the most general sense
