culling

Culling is jst a nice word for killing the unwanted ones, id look for normal body ones keep those and then cull some of those again and look for fins+ color in those, jst what id do, but ya deff keep the ones that You like

im not too sure, i just put them in a ten gallon last night when i came home and found more than two-thirds of them eaten by the parents. and since then, more of them have died in the ten gallon. the water from the ten gallon is the exact same water from my hex that they came from and has been running for about a day or two before i put the fries in there. im not sure why, but more and more die as the day goes on. i dont know how much i have left. probably around 100 or so
 
If that were the case, parrot fish would not exist. They are an ugly, deformed fish. Same thing can be said for many flowerhorns.

Some fish are line bred for their deformity, look at the fancy goldfish.
