You'd have to directly inject vitamins into each individual feeder if you want this to actually be effective. I still don't see a point as to why you would feed feeders when you can provide a much better diet with things like pellets and fresh fillet. You still run the risk of parasites and you'd still need to waste a load of food just to gutload those feeders. A big waste of time and money IMO.

As stated you would need to inject each feeder. If you were going to do this I would recommend Muzuri's Thiamin-E vitamin.

Prevention is the cure. Just don't feed feeder goldfish. If thiaminase inhibits Vitamine B absorption, then overdosing with Vitamine B does not mean the fish will be able to absorb any more.

Is that injected into the fish like a heroin shot? The Muzuri is a paste right? So do you inject it into the mouth like force feeding?

this ^^

thiaminase blocks the vitamin B absorbing channels.. so no matter how much there is in the food, the fish(non-feeders) are gonna be pissing/poopin out the vitamin B regardless.

Actually Thiaminase breaks down Thiamin. Here is a diagram.

If you would like to read up on it more. Here is a great article http://www.ansci.cornell.edu/plants/toxicagents/thiaminase.html

So I gather from the info above that you can feed goldfish just as long as you supplement additional Thiamin. So does that mean my original hypothesis is correct?

So it comes down to whichever is easier. Starve and wean them off of live goldfish feeders or give in and supplement live feeders with Thiamin. Assuming live feeders are in good health.
