Curious about NGT

my old ngt worked well w/ my dats.
It was dominant but not a killer.
But of course....the bass won for me and out went all my dats.
I HAD a lot of em.
 
Yeah , seem NGT is quite aggressive of all dats. You just need to find a more aggressive fish to balance it out. So I have my ST as guardian. He's mellow but if NGT go on rampage he will chase it around. and it seem to be working out.

I had 4 ngts, mixed with 6 Indos, 2 ntts, and 2 ats. One NGT was 8 inches, one 5 inches, and the other 2 3inches. None of them ever bothered or destroyed anything. In my opinion, the best dats I ever had. 2 of them were always stable. Had the best Golden hue and shine.

Nice mix Geo. I was thinking of mixing a small NGT with my ST too. I don't think the ST would care enough to chase him down, not sure about that though. risky
 
Out of 20 NGt you may get one ok one

They are the jardini of the dat world

To tell the truth they are very nice looking when stable
But they all look the same and if you have seen one you have seen them all the only difference is size

I have had loads in the past they are more hassle than they are worth
