For a 0.6-0.7 meter apurensis, yes. A bare minimum... My opinion, is all... based on advices I heed from much more knowledgeable folks than me as well as professionals.

4 times L by 2 times L is a formula for a rule-of-thumb, minimal physical footprint for sedentary fishes, where L is the fish's total length (to determine an "appropriate" size tank at any point during fish's life span).

Oh, yeh, 4 times the lenght and 2 the Width, i normaly go by something like that.
