current pets or projects????

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Hey guys let us know what animals or current and future projects you have or want
I currently have no animals
But im soon gonna get a baby snapping turtle
And some red eyeed crocodile skinks and
Also im use my thirty gallon for a monster fish grow out also im maybe getting a pet ferret so
What animals do you guys have???????

Ferrets are great pets, I just lost my last one this past year. He was one of three I adopted years ago. If you only get one it will need as much attention as you have to spare.

I have a few animals.
6 tanks running at the moment, and one small pond holding my baby koi till I open their summer pond up. A couple tanks have turtles in them. One tank just has snails atm. I haven’t decided what I want to stock it with.
None aquatic pets:
4 farm cats, 3 dogs, green cheek conure(daughters bird), 13 guinea fowl, and 10 baby chicks. I’m also expecting an order in July for 4 turkeys and 15 more chicks.

Also how do you have so many birds without disturbing your neighbors from what I hear guinea fowl are pretty loud and i know from first hand experience that conures are pretty loud too.

Nice birds Jexnell Jexnell !
I have been bit by the vivarium bug lately and have built a couple of them while on quarantine lockdown. Making them bioactive with isopods and everything is a part of that hobby that didn't exist (or wasn't widespread) when I was younger and I think is super cool. Reminds me of keeping a reef, the whole tank is interdependent and alive. I've also been more interested in reptiles lately, and bought a gargoyle gecko to live in one of the vivariums.

They are great snugglers:) The more out time the better. For a while I had 1/3 of my living room fenced off for them?

My daughters conure is actually pretty quiet. Most of the time you wouldn’t even know he’s in the house. But that’s also because he’s upstairs in my daughters room.
We live out in the country on a small acreage. My closest neighbors are 1/2 mile or so away. We are surrounded by open fields. I’m not even sure my neighbors can hear my birds. They never say anything.

They're pretty loud and taste like chicken ;)
If I run out of food in lock down I'll go walk down the street and grab one :p
