Indeed, I am sure it must be hard, the only reason I am interested is that it is not easy having access to decent vendors neighboring countries. Hard to trust people in Colombia, Peru, Brazil etc. Plus I would feel safer buying from a reputable vendor that has taken steps to ensure that everything is in good shape and conditioning everything properly. This is why I would pay the extra price.
