CuttleBone For Turtles??

hey estuary, when you say the cuttlebone lasts a month..do you mean hygiene wise or are you saying your turtles eat them all in a month?
do you just dump in the whole 4" cuttlebone or bits of it?

whole cuttlebone they eat it all but i also breed apple snail in that tank 2
the snails also like the calcuim source
