Cyanoguttatus, Carpintis or Escondido?

Picked them up from Ocean Blue this last week! Breeding pair! In a temporary tank....

I would say Carpinte but not Carpinte Escondido ;) They are more blue with Even large Blotches. Form what I have noted.

Thanks Tongue! The first picture makes them look reddish..... they're actually pretty blue in person. Different camera settings.... opps.

Nice pickup! That female was actually mine. It's a cyanoguttatus and I'm assuming the male is the same. it's between 4 and 5 inches if i remember correctly. I dropped off a breeding pair (male Carpintis and your female Cyanoguttatus) 3 weeks ago at ocean blue. I guess he either separated them or someone had bought the carpintis. It's a nice female though. I only fed it bio gold pellets, gold pellets, and frozen krill and it breeds all the time.
