chlorine will have airated out days ago, my tap water is good other than being a little hard...

Well, appears your tank is still cycled. So, must be some sort of bacterial bloom which hopefully/most likely harmless and go away with water changes.

+1
I know that when i do a massive water change my tank gets cloudy for about 24 hours. It has never lasted days tho. At least now with the water tests we know that your fish are safe from ammonia and nitrite.

thanks for the push, should've done the test a few days ago really!-) like i say the new baby is taking up all our time...

guessing the bloom is still a result of my actions? i will have a read up on bacterial blooms now...

Yeah, congrats on the new addition, and I also forgot to mention that your stock looks awesome......now if you would only do something about that crappy water clarity ;)

thanks all, baby travis is the greatest pet ever!-)

really happy with my stock currently!-) need to sell the wyckii though before i only have a wyckii although he is being fairly good atm...

15 inch wyckii
2x 10 inch oscars, red and albino red
midas 12inch and 9 inch pair
festae 9inch and 7 inch
butti 10 inch
suncat 12 inch
sailfin 12 inch+
l001 plec 8 inch

So, I would just say on the bloom feed as little as possible for as long as it takes the water to clear.
