Not accurate readings. Cannot cycle a tank in a day. If you moved filters from another tank then yes but if that is a new setup then its a false reading
You need to show nitrates...
I can pour myself a glass of tap water and get the same readings. That doesn't mean I have any/enough beneficial bacteria converting ammonia into nitrites... and nitrites into nitrates.
Your tank is considered cycled after you have established a colony of beneficial bacterium that is large enough to handle whatever bio load you tank is creating.

We're not trying to upset you it's just the reads you have are false, the nitrogen cycle takes time to grow BB like above me said if you took a filter or even media from one tank that is established and put it on your 20 gallon then yes your cycled but to start a brand new tank from scratch and cycle it in 1 day is impossible sorry

It's not impossible if they used stability or any of the other select bacteria compounds. I've instant cycled many tanks with these products, back when you had to pay special over night shipping because it had to be refrigerated. That bacteria has come along way in the last few years.
Seachem stability is a SHTF liquid (imo of course) it will make your water parameters safe for awhile but with in a day or so it'll spike back to uncycled. This could be used for multiple scenarios but of course like I said that's just my opinion on that stuff.
Exact thing happened to me with stability. It never fully cycled. I have used tetra safestart recently and that stuff works great took may be 5 or 6 days...
