I would seed the tank for a week and move over one of the fish from your other tanks. Let it acclimate for a week and then do the same thing over again. BUT since you have arowana, you might be wanting to add them all together for aggression issues.
So I now think its best that you seed the new pond with old media and add in a small raw shrimp or two as a source for ammonia and let it run for a good while.

To make it short and sweet, bacteria grows to support the bio load, so if you cycle with one goldfish and add 3 large aros, your tank will have an ammonia spike and go through a mini cycle. I suggest moving the fish and the media at the same time from the 120. This is like doing a huge water change and as long as the water comes from the same source and you do frequent enough water changes, your fish will not suffer.
