Cycling a tank with minnows- Did I over do it?

and the cichlids will love them when there in the tank finally

ehh maybe im just OCD but goldfish are nasty critters compared to tropical fresh fish. I haven't introduced one feeder in any of my tanks since about 8 years ago. The only way I would is if they had a one month quarantine. (Got me thinking now ) If you have survivors in there after a month id still take them out put them in a seperate tank then use them as feeders they will be well quarantined by then.

I have never tried that, but I dont see why it would'nt work
