That's a mammal eye first off. If you are going to fake something, at least try to get close.

i could go for part of the mutation but the eye has a iris sharks dont have that and also as zoodiver said the pupil is all wrong.

There's no umbilical scar. If that was a pup pulled from inside the mother, there would be a fresh scar ventrally. They are there up to two weeks after birth.

Jaw structure isn't that of a bull shark, and at that stage there would be teeth showing in the open mouth.

correct me if I am wrong but for an unborn bull pup the shark looks a little big. I have looked long and hard at a 1 week old give or take bull pup and its smaller than that. Plus that eyeball look like its made of glass or something.
