The fry from the wild caught group. $12 a piece. it's probably $200 for the group if they put it up for sale.

That seems like a lot for 1" fry, even if they are F1's. I guess it depends on what type of afra.

They are the Cobue.

Cobue are pretty common IMO. I've seen local breeders sell F1 for $5 each. I guess coming from a lfs they would be more. The albinos of this species go for a lot of $$$.

Here are two shots of the tank with the new silica sand. Current tank mates are two med tetras, 8 inch pleco, 11 inch synodontis, 5 inch walmart cichlid.

The syn is the only one staying with the new fish.

It has a skull in the middle hiding the bubble disk and a small blue volcano a little to one side!

i think the syn might eat the little cobue make sure there is a lot of hiding spots/caves where the syn cant get in to
