Just don't offer him anything until he gets too hungry to not take them. Even maybe soaking them first to soften them up first. You'll be able to starve a fish that size n age for a fair while before it starts effecting him.
if you are feeding bloodworms for some time so your fish will not accept other foods .You will have a little difficulty but it will take some time and than it may accept other foods
