Damaged Goods: Silver Arowana

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
If it's just scales and fins it'll heal soon.
My jardini was damaged pretty bad a little while ago and it's pretty much fully healed now, just some remaining scratches. I made a thread about it before when I was worried: http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=108297

I have a silver that jumped out of the tank and lost its pelvic fin and a bunch of scales. Also healed up.

As for the price, try to negotiate it since it's damaged. Can't say much about price since I'm not in your area.

heres a pic when my bichir nearly killed my 6" aro and now its about 6.5" and near perfect condition, so yeah they heal up quickly and grow even quicker

LOL by the time you bichir was done with him it looked like a Jardini

my aro was about 4.5" when i got it and it was really rough. i had to talk to the owner because the sales people wouldn't sell it. i had set up a quarentine tank for it and now he's about 18" long and totally fine. i just wanted to save it cause i knew the lfs wouldn't be able to bring it back around.

wow im starting to think big bichirs + baby aros = VERY BAD, my bichir just ate 1/4 of my silver aro i can see bone sticking out and some red tissue. Oh well hopefully it will regrow and be an oddball. removed the bichir though
