He didn't get a new 29 he just said his 29 cracked so he could lie and say he got a 40 gallon for his fish, now that he "sold" this 40 gallon he has gotten another 29...phhhh...yea right.

I asked for honesty, i thought i got it for a little while but now i just see everything relapsing and my advice just being completely ignored. Its frustrating me so much that i have to take my vow to not post in another one of these threads again.

Id just go with a pair of convicts or a pair of firemouths, one or the other, not both. That should stop the flaming, stop the overstocking, stop the need for trade ins, and we will only have to sex them for you once. I know it would be nice to keep fish that others have, I look at others tanks and dream, but at the same time I made a promise to myself I will never take care of a fish that I know I cant house for life, and I think that would be your best approach as well.

You are an irresponsible fish keeper who doesnt give a damn about your pets. They are objects to you, impulse buy one, then (maybe?) return it and lie to the people you ask for help online. But honestly, you arent asking for help, you are trying to justify your erratic behavior by pretending to be responsible. If you really loved the fish as much as you claim to, you would man up and realize that what you have is a 29 gallon, which is enough space to comfortable house either one pair of convicts or one pair of firemouths. Stop buying fish, stop moving fish around, and stop making plans. Provide a good home for the animals you have, and find another home for those you CANNOT care for. If there is ever going to be a 55 gallon, great. Dont buy more fish for your already overstocked tank (even though you claim it isnt overstocked for the fish (or you) when your not financially or socially (by socially, I mean with the family your always complaining about) stable enough to make guaruntees about anything.
