Those of us that have had this happen to them REALLY feel your pain. Sorry to hear this, but I hope you keep working towards that crazy setup you used to run.

Thanks for your compassion. I will still have bichirs but it will be no where close to the setup I had.

Sorry to hear your lose. Happened to me once with a wc del, ... luckily I was there to save..... but did find a 5" kelberi bahia all dried up behind my tank over the week-end....most expensive "one-day" fish ever!

The same thing happened to me with a 12" Senegal bichir and the house smelled like crazy! We had to use 3 bottles of febreze and still the stink stuck for a month
