Yeah, they declared travel emergency last night. Emergency personnel and those seeking shelter only allowed on the roads. Haven't heard if its been lifted or now.
I'm a hour south of Indy, getting ready to attempt the drive in to work for our night shift.

Yea we couldn't even plow last night because were not state. But my boss told us too anyways. I just couldn't risk leaving 6 lizards, 7 piranhas, cat and my gf @ home with possible power outages not to mention my license so I said **** this and left. Some things are just more important to me then clearing parking lots all night.



More snow this week too.

I think its funny I lived my whole life in new england and now in savannah ga. Temps may get down into the teens tonight and tomorrow. People are preparing and closing schools and businesses like the world is about to end

I was JUST talking to somebody about this the otherday! i was born n raised in Northern Michigan...went to many Georgia cities on business and it happened to snow about 1/2 inch and EVERY person got in the right lane going 25mph on I-75 like it was a blizzard. complete insanity!


^ my 1999 Buick Century saltrunner winter car won't start either....its been so dependable til now!

Now that was funny.

Not bad for a 40+ mile drive home. Windshield wiper fluid is frozen solid and the roads still suck with all the blowing snow. Can't wait for tomorrow. I did get to see a rainbow with all the snow blowing up so high.
