Darkening fins

He is not that extreme, but is slowing turning. I think that would be awesome if he ended up looking like that, very awesome!
 
Lutino is the correct name for commonly sold Albino's
the fact is there are only a handfull of true albino oscars.
a true albino will have little to no pigmentation and red eyes
Lutinos are mostly white with orange markings and orange coloring in their eyes.
Lutino = 99% of oscars sold as albino.

the blackening or darkening of the fins on a lutino/albino oscar is normal in most cases.
some oscars fins will darken some will not, just as some color fades/brightens with age.
 
Great info danzig! Thanks. Sadley though I dont think this little guy is going to make it. He just came down with an internal bacteria infection. He is pooping white strings and where I live I dont have access to getting the right meds for him. I ordered some online, but doubt I will get it time, kinda sad, but also at least now I will have the correct stuff if I ever get this kind of case again.
