DAT diet

So I fatten up my Dat, and start the starvation method.

When the starvation method starts, I won't feed it feeders even if it's not eaten for
a week or two already?

Eg.:
Starvation for 2 weeks, should I keep on giving it prawns/shrimps until it takes it?
or should I give a few feeders so it won't die of over-starvation?

Mine eat market shrimp, massivore pellets, feeders, nightcrawlers, crayfish, flounder strips when i catch some, scup strips, and sometimes strips of bluefish and stripers only when i go fish for them. I just give them whatever they like but everyone has a preference.
