First thing to do is make sure they are Indos. If they end up as St.... BUY THEM ALL!!!

hmmmmm... thanks for the replies guys!

1st. im 99% sure theyre indonesian tigers.
2nd. my manager trust me no problem with that but shes been getting those indos and have been putting them in the brackish ever since, also said that they (distributor) have raised them in brackish.

i can see in here eyes that she believes me but dont wanna risk all 10 new dats to me so she allowed me to at least get 2 first to go fresh! sweet! :headbang2

now how to properly acclimate them from brackish to complete fresh?...
thanks in advance guys! oh yeah theyre 39.99$ for a 4incher.

what salt level are you calling bracish there is alot of mix up there. id say .008-.012 is brackish considering big als near me runs at like .004 even have loaches in there that die in the dozens buy the day.and if they are in brackish u should bring them down due to the fact you will sell them as a fw fish and the aclimation may kill them i bought like 6 from ba's and 2 made it to find out they where in brackish.

salinity was @ .008.
i slowly acclimitized 2 dats (picking out the most stressed out of the rest)

before we went home i checked on them, and boy was the other one so beautiful!!
his stripes are now so dark and he is so white looks almost like glooming. the other one is still a bit unstable. hope theyll be ok tomorrow. :)

oh and yeah, were selling them as brackish.

LFS i was getting mine at, always had them in SLIGHTLY Brackish water. not full brackish tho.. i just brought em home and put em in fresh, they were fine.
