Dat Temp range

So I was just wondering what temp range your water is for your dats! I've tried keeping my heater at 80F but it ranged up to 84 so I thought it was way too high. Went to 78 on the heater and its maintaining 78. Thought this might be a little on the cold side so just wondering what too high or too cold might be. thanks
