That is a saltwater fish, not a datnoid.
FYI, there's not a whole lot of sushi made from freshwater fish.

Pretty sure they don't cut meat off a cow or pig and then let them go back to grazing like nothing happened.

Generally fresh water fish is not used as sushi because the parasites that infects the fresh water fish can survive in human bodies. Most of the parasites that infect salt water fish will have a problem surviving in human body.

Come on if your a datnoid keeper you should know, that is not a datnoid since the lines are all straight and plus look where the eyes are it should be more of a V-line through the eyes.
