I don't think that color is ST look more like AT, try posting on Dat section!

that can't be an AT, could be a stunt ST? the middle bar look so thin, do you know how old is it?

It is a ST for sure but seems like it got beaten a lot and very well underfed. You need to feed him 3 times a day until it can't eat anymore each time. Bump him up and you will see a nice ST again. Good luck.
