Hi I am a first time Dat owner, and loving it already

Can anyone give me an ID judging by the photo (sorry for crap quality) will post updates if I can get better pics soon. He is about 2 inches at the moment.

We never get datnoids in Aus, so was not going to pass up the opportunity.

I think he is a D. undecimradiatus (North Thai / Thinbar)
They were calling him a 5 Stripe Dat where I got him

Price is too much. In the store there were 3 microlepis priced at au$850 so I asked about the NTT (no one in store had a clue about them) theybsad for same price. I got them to agree on au$800. They said yes then manager realized he was different and said he was priced for 1200. But honored the price of 800. I know is still expensive but I have never seen them for sale anywhere in aus.

I know exactly what you mean
Its like 'we dont know what he actually is, but we know we should charge a fortune for him'
I asked 'That is a lot for him, what do you feed him'
'I dont know, he only arrived today'
'Oh is there a warranty then'
'Yeah 24 hours'
So they didnt really know anything about him, food w-paramaters etc, he arrived that day, and they give me 24 hours only to observe him and what not, and charge almost 1k

I'm just glad I got him for that, they wanted $1200
