Now another one is dead. Did a 50% water change yesterday to try to save the first one. Water stats all zero. Whats freaking happening?

are you sure you done all the water tests right as its very unlikely that they are all 0

If all params are 0 as you say, and unless your prepaird to pay for autopsy, then no one will be able to tell you why.
But small 1 inch tigers can be fragile and sensitive to ph changes and temp changes. Also internal parasites can finish them of quickly at such a small size.
Hope no more die. An if water params r 0, then no more 50% wc.Why do this if your water is perfect? It Just makes it's worse.....

i dont think its poss to have 0 nitrates as it would come out of the tap higher than 0

All stats are in the acceptable range, I just posted all 0 for short.

ammonia: 0
nitrate: 2
nitrite: 0

I did a 50% wc then tested the water. About two weeks ago I did a round of prazipro for flukes and internal parasites for a week. Two dead in two days with same symptoms. The last four datnoids are doing fine, swimming fine, eating good, and acting normal. Don't know what happened to the two dead ones, I'm just gonna do my regular routine; Doing 50% wc each week and feed freeze dried shrimp and frozen brine shrimp.

I also have some baby goldy plecos and baby clown loaches and they are doing fine.

Maybe just too late to save those 2, but hopefully you've prevented the remaining tigers from going out the same way.
I wish my nitrates were 2. My nitrates average 40-50 usually have done for years.

Your first link that you put up sounds like flukes to me.
And the rest are just rubbish.
NTT's just don't say to themselves "oh I think I'm going to die today".
I have had mine die on me also, one case was flukes, and the other two cases I suspect was stress. They would get the blunt of the aggression at feeding time. If you ask me they are fine in a tank by themselves but if you have them with other fish(especially datnoids) that will bully them their % of survival is low.

When I first started keeping ITs I lost two out of six the first week. I really think that small dats (< 2") are just not that hardy. They seem to be very susceptible to stress, flukes, temp changes, etc. Unfortunately I think that is just the way it is when it comes to small dats. I think SDS mainly applies to larger dats (> 3") especially NTTs that die for no apparent reason.
