Ah gotcha, I've got another tank I could temporarily relocate it to if things ever pop off. I think if it comes down to it, a few datnoids would look better than a single jardini imo. It's just hard to find them at a good size down here. Still haven't made up my mind, I guess I'll think about it more and read up on others experiences with both fish.
Jar? Gar? Datnoid?
