Hey Jojo, sorry I'm a novice to the game. Are CT suppose to be stable or no?

Suppose to be stable , but let me put at this way , how do u raise the ct or st .?, if you are keeping them in black background take from 2" to raise up and you want them to turn gold look that no way , if those ct in my under care should be look like this
